Vito and his team went above and beyond to make our dream a reality! We had several over-the-top asks, including a quick room flip, draping balcony railings with vines and lights, making our memory table extra special, and a surprise performance at the end of cocktail hour that required tables a lot of logistics and moving parts. Vito and his team handled everything PERFECTLY and with an excellent attention to detail - we are so happy!!
OMG. There are not enough words in the english language to express how UNBELIEVABLE Vito and his team are. I am floored at the level of detail and attention and love and hard work. They literally were inside my brain and pressed copy paste. They listened to every intricate detail I cared about and brought it to life, without missing one thing. We partnered with Xtraordinary Events for several corporate events in Philly and had a 10/10 experience! The Xtraordinary team was so thorough, organized, and always accessible. They worked with us on florals/greenery, rental furniture, custom builds, and floor plans to make our vision come to life. Our events were gorgeous and we could not have done it without Vito, Kate and the rest of the team. We cannot recommend them enough!
Kate was a wonderful partner for planning my post-wedding day brunch. She met with me early in the process, and made suggestions that responded to what I had in mind for the event. Kate was always responsive and enthusiastic, and reassured me when I got anxious! The space she created was exactly what I had dreamed about -- soft colors, comfortable seating arrangements, unusual touches like 8 foot tall containers for greenery. Kate made my vision become reality. Great experience!
