The customer service is absolutely poor! The first person of contact should have some type of pleasant people skills. Sitting at the shampoo station on the phone as if you are in your living room is poor for business. Dragging ones feet in slow motion while approaching the front counter is tasteless. ..... Im just going to stop right there.
Its a nice place to get your hair laid but every time I go it be different ppl @ the receptionist deck. The ladies r cool.I love the spot there in it's great parking.
I have friends in Maryland who have several salons and are doing well. This will do well too.
Listen here it was a Jamaican lady who did my hair and I personally stay running my hands through my hair especially now because its curly and guess what? Still there. Not coming out or having some fall out my head. They braid tight enough for it stay in but not hurt. The service was kind of rubbish I mean what did I expect on a Friday though? It was 2 days before my birthday had to look my best of course. And they did that. They made me look my best. Its clean. And some of them treat you so nicely. Some people were a bit ru... read more
