I usually come here and get exceptional work... But at the ft lauderdale location last week I received poor service... My hair was braided super tight and the stylist yanked the thread through my braids so hard that I had to literally ask her to be more gentle... Part of my edges are literally yanked out and the back of my braids is so tight that tight bumps formed and it's unbearable... Pulling my hair out after only a week and probably never going back!!!
