Shelly is the best. Total professionalThe BEST inspector in the metroplex. All of my clients compliment her professionalism. She just inspected my new personal home, and as usual, everything went along with a hitch. There are many that constantly call me to offer their services and I tell them i've found the best ten years ago. I will use no other until she tells me she's retiring. Simply put, she's the best.
Hands down the best inspectors. They are incredibly thorough, so friendly, and offer really useful tips for continuing upkeep of your home! They are time-efficient, answer any and all questions, and scheduling with them is really easy. I cannot recommend them enough. I had them do the inspection on my new construction house before I purchased it and I had them do the warranty inspection on my house before my year warranty ended. They are absolutely the best.

Shelly and her team is just awesome. I was in the position of purchasing a 40 year old animal hospital, and Shelly was able to provide me detailed reports of what was wrong with the building. On top of that, she provided me with contact numbers for electricians, plumbers, HVAC people, and she even brought a roof contractor with her. I am so thankful for her. If it wasn’t for her, I probably would’ve made the biggest mistake of my life.
