I go to workout at 4:00am and love it. I can park my car and use all the equipment in the gym. Don't recommend going after 4pm no parking and difficult to use the equipment...IMO.
Great gym and locker room Is clean and place is specious
The place could use some minimal upgrades. But my Personal Trainer was Nadir. Recommend him if available, he changed the way I approach training and my wellness improved remarkably. Great classes, great location.
