Need to keep cleaner towels are always everywhere and never a trainer in sight.
My wallet was STOLEN in my locked locker. Another customer's locker also got BROKEN through. Police came and wrote reports for us. However, the attitude of the staff is very doubtful. While police was there, two workers told me that the owner will contact me soon regarding settlement. Truth is, I called back several times asking if they found abandoned wallet. Do not go now they are AGAIN redoing the parking garages and it's a NIGHTMARE... I've been a client since the day they opened and this garage issues keeps coming back up. Normally the garage can be a pain and lacks parking BUT now with half garage tied off for repairs it's IMPOSSIBLE. I put my membership on hold and will be going to 24 Hour Fitness from here on out....
I really enjoy this gym and that it's open 24/7.
Staff is awesome and equipment is in good shape. Could use a few more squat racks and free weights. Just crazy busy and sometimes you have to wait for what you want, although I feel like that is typical anywhere in NoVa. I usually can find something else to do though. Other than being busy, I love this gym!
I like it, if they just reduce the lighting, I will love it. Reducing the light will reduce the warmth.
