The personnel is very friendly. I love how compact it is to just come lift and do your quick rutine for one or two hours and leave. Everything is pretty cool but there's one negative point, the locker room smells like death and very often there's no soap and or paper towel. Saw one of the staff not washing his hands after pissing lol. Other than the horrible locker room smell I love it!

They are down a barbell. X-Sport needs to update to the Rogue Ohio Bars and Crossfit drop weights. Love training here, but time to update!
Men's locker room has carpet on floor. Wet moldy carpet makes whole gym smell horrible. I'm sure its not good to breathe the air in there either.
