Raised their prices and no longer 24/7! I got notified about the price change but never got notified about the business hours changing. Unprofessional.
This location recently changed their hours, they are no longer 24/7, which I thought was weird for an Xsport to begin with. Supposedly, the new hours are 5am-11pm. Well I just attempted to go to this location and they were closed. 6:15am and they were still closed, lights completely off and people in the parking lot waiting. THIS GYM SUCKS IT S STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. for months and you can t get back your money.. i canceled this twice and they were still trying to take money from my account
RecommendedLate night quick and convenient
They kick me out of gym because I smoke cigarette in locker room. This place very prejudice against people of Slavic ethnicity. All Slavs smoke cigarette before cardio, it help clear mind and increase heart rate to help get to maximum target heart rate when on tread mill. But I guess it no ok to follow cultural tradition.
"We receive many phones calls daily so I do regret a hold time" actual response from their customer service after emailing them to discuss canceling for several reasons. Horrible company. Turning into a nightmare simply trying to cancel.
It looked clean to me, the bathrooms were a little less than perfect. They only had two showers, which kind of sucked. one gad a curtain and one had a glass “foggy” door. The door was kinda short, i could see into the shower easily. The one with the curtain was for people with disabilities, so I tried not to use it. The one on Belmont and Central is way cleaner and nicer. I reccomend it.
I go here sometimes for convenience. But everytime I go there most of the staff is unfriendly and it stinks, the bathrooms are dirty and I couldn't imagine showering there. Many improvements needed
