I started coming to Xscape Nails because the prices were good, the staff seemed friendly, and the reviews were positive. Unfortunately, my experience today changed my mind. I showed a picture and asked if they could do a basic French pedicure. They said yes, but after multiple attempts, the technician still couldn’t do it correctly and cut me multiple times. It’s my third time going in here, and I just love it; the space is just amazing clean, organize the staff is very very welcoming. At the end you just go out with a happy face with your nails done and beautiful work.
The staff are skilled, pleasant, and efficient. The staff are super attentive and really care that you have a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
They are suppose to be open right now. It’s Tuesday 1018am and the sign says open but the lights are off and no cars in parking lot. Second time this has happened. Please honor your business hours or change them
