The experience at this place was absolutely unacceptable. My wife, who is eight months pregnant, left in tears after being humiliated and mistreated by the staff. During her pedicure, she politely asked to recline the chair slightly (to lower the back tilt) because sitting upright was uncomfortable, her legs were inclined and pressing against her belly.
