Quick & efficient! Made a same day appointment for covid testing.
I had to go back a few days after I originally went because I had developed a wound in my groin area. The first time I didn’t have a appointment but the second I did and had no problem getting in. The second time, the Latin male who initially questioned me was very rude. He was hollering at me, telling me to wash my my hands while he watched. Asking me if I tried to see my doctor. The team is really helpful and responsive to your needs. The doctor that I saw was really concerned and sent me to the ER. Very good treatment and care. Highly recommend them.
I went to XPress Urgent Care in 2013, gave my insurance and made the co payment, 3 years later they sent me to Southwest Collections in Orange, CA for $95.00, Southwest Collections has harassed me and threatened to ruin my credit rating and score for years. They also posted unpaid bill amount to my credit agencies report to lower my credit rating and score!
I am from out of town and was injured in a fall before I arrived. I needed my stitches out on my leg and my forehead looked at. I found the clinic on my insurance network and very glad I did! I got in right away and was seen without a long wait! I liked the doctor as he listened to me and helped me. I come to the area 3-4 times a year and will come back if needed. Very convenient too!
