This place should be shut down. I will be reporting the doctor and the facility. They should not be able to legally practice medicine. Horrific place.
Close to my home and like the hours. Very clean and roomy. Very nice staff! Will definitely come back.
This place was great and Dr. Maximus is awesome except for ONE thing - I was there twice last December 2014 and today I just received an invoice ten (10) months later - not sure you can keep the doors open running a business this way !
I drive from Long Beach to go to Xpress Urgent Care. I drive this distance because I like the doctors, staff, and very clean. My wait time is always reasonable.
I love this urgent care. They are professional, act like they care. It is very clean. The thing that I really like is that the Drs. don't just give me an antibiotic IF I don't need one. They explain what my symptoms mean, what could happen in the next few days and what to look for, if I need a return visit.
You didn't think that just one person could effect your business, You were wrong! Do your job, that includes paperwork.
My husband was there on 8-11-14 for a broken hand that he got at work. He was off work from 8-11/9-2, and applied for disability. He did his part with disability, and Dr. Norman, and Dr. Angela refuse to work with EDD (disability). Dr. Angela told my husband yesterday that Dr. Norman doesn't like to work with EDD, and my husband asked her "Don't you want to do your job"?, and she said "No"....Do your job !!!!! All you have to do is submit the paperwork on your end to EDD so that my husband can get the money that is owed to h... read more
Because of the recent treatment of my friend's husband.. not wanting to fill out the necessary EDD papers for disability after a broke his hand a month ago....I will recommend to all of my family and friends to NEVER use this place! STAY AWAY if you need any kind of help with a disability claim. Apparently they don't like to "deal with the EDD!".
