These guys know their stuff and have caught issues with my car that could have cost more $ done the road to fix. When they can’t fix a problem they tell me who can help. I am so grateful to have found Xpress Lube Plus. I took my vehicle in when I was having issues with my new brakes from another auto shop. Gary Crookshanks and his guys took a look at it and showed me exactly what the problem was. They provided advice free of charge with no expectation of my business in return. Just had my first oil change here. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! I was in and out! Will definitely be back!
I went to them on this past Saturday, 4-14-18, about a half hour before they were closing. I just needed a headlight bulb changed. Not only did they take me in, they were done in less than 10 mins. Customer service was EXCELLENT and I DEFINITELY will be back. I highly recommend going to them. THANKS again guys!!!!
I’ve seen coming here for several years. The staff is always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Most places try to take advantage of people who don’t know diddly about engines, but not here! Last year they even told me about a recall I had on a sensor for my vehicle, two weeks before I received the letter in the mail from GM. They truly put their customers first and care about them. I love coming here!
