This company placed a pallet order from us back in December 2025. The invoice for this order was due in January and we have still not received payment. No one in accounts payable ever answers but if you call accounts receivable you get an answer right away. I have reached out to Jeffrey and Arturo multiple times to get a status on payment and I get no clear answer. We are a small business and this type of payment delay truly affects us. Please stay away and do not conduct business with this company!!
been 5 months haven’t been paid my invoices that are $10,000. same reply every week when asking for updates. I can feel others pain these guys screwed us up big time.
Non-payment on the brokerage side and their bond is now closed...which means that the collections will also be made against the shippers. BEWARE! To respond to the owner - your explanation does not explain why I have a 3 months overdue invoice and yes, we have attempted to contact you your company several times.
They stood on business and payment was finally received. Only thing is communicating not informing clients what’s going on I just thank God i was paid
we picked up and delivered on time,invoiced on 12/02/2026 with all required docs for payment process.But no payment yet (104 days).Every time receiving same email as an answer.
