The company lost carpet and still charged us for the non-delivery before promising to write a check that is $400 less than the cost of the carpet they lost. We had to reorder the carpet and install it at a discount due to the late installation for the customer and it has been 5 weeks since Amber promised to mail a check. They cashed my check for the non-delivery 10 days ago. Their phone system is a disaster and that is probably intentional since you cannot reach anyone and the directory does not have all employee extensions ... read more
