I really love Lucy so it’s definitely not personal but during my appointment she took multiple people and I had to come back twice to get my hair fixed in a way that looked good to me. I really had a dream hairstyle and it didn’t come out like that And to spend that amount of money just for me to be basically undoing it makes me really sad. I’ll just be going back to wigs or try a different salon and make sure to have clear instructions for my sewin. I don’t blame Lucy at all!! I love Lucyyy!! The reviews don’t lie at all. The woman is a goddess in her field. I had a messy looking explosion on my head this morning as you can see. I started off at one salon who tamed the frizz and corrected the hair but ended up with a confusing haircut above my chin with super short bangs which doesn’t fit my chubby round face. As a Newbie to the world of wigs (hair units), Lucy was very informative on what to do and not to do. She gave tips and vocabulary to look and listen for when choosing a stylist in my city. Nonetheless, she hooked my unit up, and had me smiling all day! Thanks Lucy!!!
