I have been a customer since 2008. Never a problem with service and my cars are always in top shape. It is very hard to find a good service center that is fast, reliable and reasonable priced. I highly recommend Xpertech
These guys are the best. You go to tire kingdom with a flat tire they wont fix it but they try to sell you a new tire. Not Xpertech. They fix the tire with a smile. They are fair, honest and very reasonable. i wouldnt and don't go to any other place for my car repair!!
You can relax and trust them from start to finish. Nothing like an auto dealership. Mechanics have been there for decades and are experts, kind and knowledgeable. Customer service the nicest people! Feels like family when I go there.
I had to get 4 new tires and 4 new rims. I was towed to Expertech by AAA. I feel like I have a brand new car and it was done at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!!!!!
Xpertech really keeps my 2008 VW Jetta "humming!" I don't have to buy a new car just yet... and that's keeping me out of long term debt!
I had a flat tire and they changed it for me and disposed of the bad tire. They were quick, efficient and the price was so reasonable. I would go there again without hesitation!
My experience yesterday was as always, excellent.
They lied to me and told me I needed new brakes badly but when I took my car to get another quote elsewhere to see if I could get a better deal, it turned out my car absolutely did not even need new brakes. The new place took me back to my car to show me my brake pads were absolutely not in need of replacement and my rotors were fine too. It’s disappointing because now I’m not sure if they lied about the other two things they told me they “fixed.” They lost my business for good. I do not recommend them at all.
