Have to jump through excessive hoops to cancel. I went to the gym in person to cancel, but they told me I needed to call customer care to cancel. I called the number they gave me, only to be told that I have to email my cancellation in writing to their customer care team. Who knows if I’ll get a response. Why is it that I cannot cancel in person? How is that not more legitimate than sending an email? I encourage anybody also having issues canceling to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This gym is extremely unhelpful. I tried for nearly a month to cancel my membership because “their system was down”, and their billing company was no help either. If you ever want/need to cancel your membership don’t go here they make it nearly impossible. It shouldn’t take 4 weeks to cancel a membership. And they charged me for an additional month when I don’t even live there anymore.

Can get busy at times, but overall great gym Edit (8/30/25): This gym has gone very downhill, it takes ages for any equipment to be fixed, it’s always very dirty and they have horrible WiFi while being in a basement. Every time I come back to this gym it’s somehow worse, while at the same time more expensive. You’re better off going to Los Campeones instead!
