amazing prices and customer service, I have damaged 2 airbags over the years, the first one was covered under warranty and the second was years later but was given a great price and had it shipped to my door in Canada within a week.
Just wanted to take a minute share my experience with Xotic Customs. My sundeck on my boat was worn beyond repair and Derek and his company made it look like new again. I can’t thank him enough for the quality of work and detail he put into it. Any sort of vinyl repair or custom work I need in the future will definitely go to Xotic. Keep up the great work guys.
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout for the great customer service they I just received from this group. I had the air ride installed on my bike in Daytona this year with the tank and switch installed on the handlebars. Which I’m loving it by the way. I noticed that the cover on the switch had been tightened a little to much and was cracked. I sent them a message on messenger and explain to the the problem and with no questions asked they sent me out the replacement part the next day and was able to replace the part. Oh and... read more
Had an Xotic Air Ride installed at Sturgis in 2013 on my 2012 Road King; shipped to Australia after the trip around US. After a 4800 km riding to Motor GP @ Phillip Island Victoria than NSW in March 2019 discovered that 1 shock had a leek. On arriving in Port Macquarie I have contacted Derek re warranty claim; got reply within 24hrs, and all I had to pay was the postage to Aus. Bought my shocks in Sturgis in 2014 and have never had a problem with them. Put thousands of miles on every year ... crashed my bike and then switched shocks to new bike. I lost some fittings and one simple phone call and no questions asked .... they just sent me the parts I need at no charge!! Thank You
Excellent work on my Road Glide and always great to see them at the big Runs like Sturgis and Daytona. Highly recommended 👍
