Have had the shocks on my bike for about three years. While traveling from Michigan to Arizona my right shock had lost pressure putting all the weight on my left shock causing the whole top of the shock to break off. Contacted Exotic and they were going to overnight me new shocks. Could not wait a day and a half for the shocks due to work. Bought aftermarket shocks to get myself back on the road. We took our boat to Xotic Customs to have the back pad reupholstered. It was a very quick turnaround and they did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced too, although I didn’t have anything to compare it to but seemed fair to me. Will go back for future jobs.
