Horrible customer service and they only take certain payments so you can’t get your money back
The only furniture store I will deal with, they have the best furniture and great customer service, Yvonne has become like family to me!
My husband and I drove 45 min to the address on their website (Preston Rd). It was a construction site. I knew they had moved but I had never been there before and figured the right address would be on their website. We called and was told they have a new address (South Sherman St) and the person on the line texted it to me. Because it was not far we mad our way there. The door was locked. No sign saying Xoom or anything. The owner of the building said yes they have new furniture tenants and tried to knock on the door for us... read more

I hate to give them 1 star they should get 0 stars .these people really think there going to get away with scamin customer while they take yo money then your purchase isn't what you bought so instead of given you your money back they allow you in store credit .there's not a dam thing I want,and you will wish like hell you never had even stopped by this place. Or at least you will wish you would have read the reviews ..mad at my dam self but a lesson learned. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE
