I had an appointment with XKL remodelers today. Adam did not show up for appointment. When I called the receptionaist assured me that she would call me back to let me know what if Adam was coming. No call and they wouldnt answer the phone to speak with me. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment. No apology, no explanation. A sign of the quality of service to come. Beware
