Dr. Ma is extremely kind and patient in communicating to me about my medical conditions and possible treatments. Even when I (and family) was asking her the same questions over and over again, she handled our inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
I have been Dr. Ma's patient for over 15 years. I have really trusted Dr. Ma and felt really helpful when I visited her office. She is very patient and friendly. I also have felt that she is skillful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Ma is the great doctor I ever have. I moved from Philadelphia area to DC 14 years ago and still came back to Dr. Ma for endoscopy or colonoscopy exam because her skill is excellent. Before the exam, she patiently explained to me how to do the preparation. After the exam, I did not feel any problem.
I had a bad experience, don't go.
She refused to see me even after their staff processed my co-payment and other documents. I wasted an hour at her clinic. Ask for the receipt if you are paying cash.
Its a waste of time and money to see her.
that place was not clean at all and they were talking about me in Chinese which was very annoying.
Dr. Ma did my colonoscopy and also 2 other family members. We all agreed she did a very good job without any issue. In the office, she is very busy, but also care about her patients
