They need to figure out something with the parking. More police or something. Security was not good on the floor, especially near the pit. People were in the aisles and not near their seats and the one security woman was great but she needed more support than she had. Drunk concert goers were getting a little out of hand.
I have been going here for a while but last night was the worst ever. Took forever to get off the exit. We had a handicap sticker and when we inquired on how to get to the parking we got no help whatsoever. I had a sticker for a reason but because we could not get any help we ended up parking and having to walk one mile having to stop frequently in the rain as the two of my friends had a hard time walking and we had to stop and rest. We missed the opening act and 1/2 of the second. Really sucked.
Can't believe how crapy the traffic flow on the way in was. Freaking ridiculous. Over 2 hours to go less than a mile only to ens up stuck in the vip parking lane.... without a vip pass. Lol.
Worst venue ever. Sit in traffic for an hour+ only to pay $60 to park then at 10pm you can't buy water... ?!? Bizzaro world
SlipKnot, Marilyn Manson and of Mice & Men.... this is a great venue only drawbacks are you need to really invest in a VIP experience / expect very minimal rock shows at this venue so take the few we get yearly seriously, most big tours like Metallica for example will usually Bi-pass Connecticut for Boston or New York.
