So I knew it was going to be a interesting night almost as soon as I walked through the gate. Extremely trashy and evacuations are handled VERY poorly. Will never be going back.
You guys should really address the manner in which you ended Saturday's Rascal Flatts concert. To have the performers announce the end of the concert due to weather and then send everyone out into the storm was shameful. I would have given you a 5 star review - but this was handled so poorly that to even give you 1 star is too much. When do you plan to address this issue?
Cancelled a Rascal flats show half way through, sent people out into the storm!! No compensation for a short show , when we paid a full price!!! They handled this situation terribly
