Went to see Tom Petty , made it into Hartford and within a mile of the venue by 7 , had to sat in traffic for an hour and a half within blocks of the venue . Finally make it up to the venue parking to be told that the lot was full, was beyond irritated. Ended up missing the opening band and having to walk 15 min from parking garage to the show . The parking and traffic situation needs to be sorted out if they plan to keep holding large concerts there. I'll drive to NY or MA to see a show next time rather than deal with the c... read more
Worst experience ever. Arrived in Hartford around 430, checked in to hotel and headed to the tom petty concert 7 miles away. We were stuck in traffic for over 3 hours and couldn't find parking. Police were no help. Yelled to keep moving. All parking entrances were blocked off. We missed the show. In all my years of attending events I have never experienced such chaos. Never again
Worst experience ever. We arrived over an hour before the concert and are still sitting in traffic two hours later after they ran out of parking. We're now trying to find a paid parking spot and maybe catch the last half hour of the concert. Don't ever go to this venue!
Overall great experience and full of energy. Pure fun!
It was ok. Guy that was doing drinks behind the bar didnt know what the hell he was doing! Was holding up the line and even told us he was drinking before he started making people drinks! Never seen or heard of anything like this! You guys have to do better! Was dissapointed because i really wanted my drink but i just left to go back to my seat...
One guest ntioned to me that the backstage and production catering was the best of the tour so far. Great Job Polo Catering!
Attended the #NobodySafeTour yesterday night ! Had a great time. Only downside was traffic. The few traffic directors they had sucked at their job though.
The concert itself was great, it was the theatre itself that was disorganized and understaffed. We (finally) got in and a staff member told us where to go (up the inside stairs. Fought our way thru the crowd, waited in line and told no, use the outside stairs to the white fence on the lawn. Fought our way thru the crowd to the white fence and waited in line. Told we were in the right place, but to get in we need a wristband way back at the beginning. At this point concert had started. So we paid $80/4 people; extra for prefe... read more
My fair rating is only for the fact that we sat in traffic for 1 1/2 hours waiting for parking. Completely unacceptable. I cannot believe they do not have a parking garage to fit at least 1/2 the patrons. City of Hartford, you need to do better. It's not like this was the first concert that has ever been there. We missed the opening acts but luckily made it for Luke Bryan's opening. He put on an amazing show and I will definitely go back to see him. Hopefully it won't be at this venue.
