I rented from Xenon investment corp for four years 2012 - 2016. Our place was on Veteran Ave. When ever I needed something it was taken care of promptly. After reading some of the reviews I was fearful I would not have my damage deposit returned, but in fact our full refund was given. It appears that if you leave your place in good condition the company does return your deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam you. They take your security deposit and throw bullshit charges at you. Also by the way, all the positive reviews on here are fake and posted by employees at the company and they weren't even clever enough to use different names. Look elsewhere.
I have heard from previous tenants... That no matter how clean they leave their apts, they never get their security deposits back!!! One even had new carpet installed to leave her place perfect!!!! Seriously can this be the truth??? If so, it s not good business, and it leaves little incentive to leave the apartment in good condition. I was a landlord for many many years. I loved giving back the deposit, because it meant less work for me! Please tell me this isn't the way you do business, at Zenon.
Renting from xenon investments corp has been so easy and stress free. The manager is nice, my neighbors are sweet and caring and I really like how the building has always been maintained in a clean and fresh atmosphere.
Xenon investment corp has really taken good care of me since day one. I have lived at my apartment for over a year now and they are always quick to answer any questions or needs I have. I can definitely say I am a happy tenant.
