terrible customer service. the worst. good thing i have PPO. i would never take my daughter there again. can't even find this business on with BBB, makes sense that they are not accredited. do not trust them with your children. the dr. was supposed to have returned my call. CLEARLY they can care less about their patients, or the ones they used to have. HOPEFULLY THE ACTUAL DOCTOR sees this review, so she can at least know how those unqualified receptionist are giving her business such a bad reputation
