I brought my phone in for a screen replacement. It was a little pricey but it's a newer phone. The new screen didn't last a day before it was glitching out. I brought it back and they got a new screen ordered and replaced within a few days, no extra charge, with their 1 year warranty. The new screen works and looks perfect. I wish they had better communication but you shouldn't expect much when the people repairing the phone are also handling customer service. Cleaned and helped diagnose the problem with my charging port. Very nice people
I had the battery replaced in 4 year old phone. The new battery does not last any longer than my old battery. I would think a new battery should at least be better than one that is 4 years old. I even question was it replaced?
