Let’s just say they made the phone worse than when I took it to them. They don’t use real apple parts and when I told the lady that it wasn’t working properly she said she didn’t have anymore time to work on it! Don’t take phone there cause it will cost you more money in the long run!

Businesses like this are hard to find these days. Quick diagnosis, they had the parts overnighted, and I had my phone back in my hands in 24 hours! They have an excellent warranty, which I had to use, BUT THE WARRANTY IS AN ACTUAL WARRANTY!!! So my screen stopped working about 6 months after they fixed, I brought it back, and it was fixed within 24 hours FREE OF CHARGE. I didn't need a receipt, I didn't need to send in any forms, I didn't need to wait.. Just a quick fix! So grateful for a business like this in Norfolk!!
