Worst experience I have had working witha company. TThe worke was set upo for compoletion starting in April. Totla time on site was only 2 hours top. They managed to string it out all the way in July and still never finished the work they promised. Either tghey would cnacekl at last minute at end of day after waiting all dat for them to arrive or people who showed up had no idea what they wer suppose to be doing. Demitri came out to check our traps and took it upon himself to inspect the new windows and siding we had just had installed. He identified and caulked several gaps left by our contractor that could provide potential access for animal intruders!
I had Demetri come to my home today for inspection in my yard. He provided great. CS, by calling in advance the evening before and half hour prior to his arrival. He also called after the inspection to advise me of his findings. I appreciate the service and his attention to detail. Mrs. Pollard
First let me start off by saying that this is the WORST experience that my family and I have experienced with a home improvement company. They successfully dispatched an unwanted raccoon and repaired the roof damage, but a month later I am still finding screws in my driveway and pieces of roof shingles in my yard. It took three calls to get them to remove the one-way exit door they installed on the roof. All in all, not a stellar performance. I'd use them again, but would have a word of prayer with them first.
