I contacted Xceptional for Pest problems . I've been working with Demitri for quite a while now. The problem seems to be under control. I requested to be notified in advance on the day of servicing. Demitri always calls to let me know he's enroute. He is very professional, knowledgeable & efficient! Demitri is a credit to the company!

Def a great company. They will find the issue and fix it. All in one company. They will continue working at the issue until it is fixed. You won’t be left in the lurch. Tyler McVey was amazing. He was very responsive and answered each one of my calls and text messages. Even on weekends.
Jake addressed all of our concerns upon our initial inspection. Demitri was extremely neat and professional and answered all of my questions.
We were impressed with Tyler's work. He was extremely knowledgeable about paper hornet nests and made me feel relaxed about the removal and safety of everyone involved to include Tyler. This was a nest the size of a soccer ball and sat in our tree about 30 feet off of the ground. Tyler was very professional in every way. He was timely and very polite. Thank you for your service. I am impressed with this company. There were some issues with some of the work performed and everyone at Xceptional worked very hard to reschedule the corrective effort as quickly as possible. The corrective work done by Matt and Will is so much better than I ever envisioned the completed project would be. Seriously, expert workmanship. Worst experience I have had working witha company. TThe worke was set upo for compoletion starting in April. Totla time on site was only 2 hours top. They managed to string it out all the way in July and still never finished the work they promised. Either tghey would cnacekl at last minute at end of day after waiting all dat for them to arrive or people who showed up had no idea what they wer suppose to be doing.
