They were very responsive to my need for installation as soon as possible. Also very reasonably priced and available after normal business hours and on weekends.
The whole team was great! I was so nervous about the entire process including the insurance claim but they took the time and made several trips out to explain everything to me. It only took one day to take off and put on our new roof and there was a manager on site during the day of the project! The roof looks amazing and they use quality materials and an A+ Team to install. I highly recommend the Springfield group.
Seth P. is a Great Representative for Xcel Roofing! Everything was completed on the time schedule set and work was as promised. Seth is very detail orientated and worked with our insurance company and adjusters to complete our hail damaged roof replacement. WOW is all I can say. Kaylee C was our project manager and guided us through the whole process. She did an inspection and even met with our insurance adjuster. She stayed on site and was even on our roof during the build. She was awesome and we really do 'loveourroof'.
Extremely happy with the job Xcel did. Seth uncovered a lot of damage the insurance adjuster overlooked and dealt with the insurance company to ensure they covered the damage. He also worked directly with the skylight company to ensure we got the best available product. They were required to install 4 sky windows, downspouts and leaf guards in addition to the shingles and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

When a hail storm came through Des Moines Iowa in May my home sustained a lot of damage to the roof. I have been working with XCel roofing, to get everything repaired. Their customer service is amazing and they are always available to answer any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend them.
