I can not wait to finish paying off my auto refinance loan and have nothing to do with you guys again. I waited over 30 minutes to talk to rep only to be hung up on when I finally had a connection. Called back and have been on hold for about another 20 minutes. Customer service is horrible and so is the useless website.

your customer service sucks BAD! A person has to sit on hold 15 minutes or longer to get to a person!! Had a new phone for a month and still can't log into my accounts til you text me a dang security code!! Tried calling and emailing customer service rep after getting an email and weeks later, NO REPLY!!! KISS OFF AND QUIT WASTING MY TIME!!!

Horrible customer service. Paid off my loan and can’t get a copy. You closed my branch so now I have to send in my request via mail? Really? Tried that 2 months ago. Avoid the hassle. Go somewhere else!!!

I went on the website to just look at mortgage options and filled out the info, but did not submit it. I decided after reading reviews not to use them and exited the page instead, not going any further with the application process. The page in the photo is what I had filled out but then decided not to go any further with it and clicked the x at the top of the page to close the page instead.
