I love the Credit Union! My dad opened my account when I was a baby because he was a Xerox employee and later in life I started my career there. The CU is invested in their members and associates.
If you are refinancing your mortgage DO NOT use XFCU!!! They have no idea what they are doing and are on error number SEVEN! I’m taking ALL of my business elsewhere!! They have unqualified people with no mortgage experience doing this work and they have no remorse for the errors. The only saving grace about the place is Rita, I knew I should have waited for her, but that’s what three other clients were doing the day I came in. Should have known that was a sign not to deal with the other people!

Awful customer service. Never about the customer. They make everything difficult and find millions of ways to come up with more fees. Their favorite word is can't. Robotic in thinking. Credit unions are usually consumer friendly not Xceed. Had a car loan & Visa card. Just closed both.

Stay away frim this crooked place. I have an hsa thru work. Someone in long island used my medical account to purchase $800.00 worth of goods at a home depot. They sent me no notice and when i got my bank statement 3 month later, they say sorry, its over 60 days old, your loss
