Terrible bank. My original bank was bought out by Xceed and I have had nothing but problems since. Everything ranging from inability to deposit a check by mobile banking to reporting past due credit card payments to my credit inaccurately. When you call to get issues resolved, everyone seems nice but un-knowledgeable. I had to pull months of email communications to get issues resolved. Please, save yourself, do not use this bank and if you do bank with them currently, close your account before you get burned. It took me near... read more

I have tried 6 times to activate my debit card!! The merger from Reach credit union went through October 1st, and I still cannot get my debit card activated!! I have been referred from one phone number to another one and neither one has been able to help me. I've gone through I don't know how many phone trees and still am without a debit card!! They keep telling me that the information (phone number) doesn't match what is on file....I have given them my number and my husband's number and neither one is correct according to t... read more

If I could - I'd give this a 0 star review. I had no problems with Tyco then Reach and now that Xceed has taken over I couldn't be more disappointed. I've called numerous times to be told i'm 72, 50, 80 in queue. Waited 30 min on hold to then have my call dropped. Emailed 6 times now to request someone to call me back. At this point, i'll be taking my business elsewhere.
My credit union was recently taken over by this credit union and this morning I cannot access my account. My debit card doesn't work, which is something I discovered when I tried to get gas and my car was on empty. Yet, I haven't received a new card. I'm now on the phone holding to speak with someone and my hold time is 43 mins. This is absurd and not great service for someone who is a new costumer, not by choice.
