Xavier is an excellent broker who closed the sale of a development project we were selling in Seattle. He diligently brought potential buyers when the property was off market and when the seller decided to list the development project on the open market we decided to give him the ball and see if he could perform for us. Xavier was an excellent broker in helping us find our dream home in Renton. He kept me away from overpriced bidding wars by finding properties on and off market with good value. He was an excellent negotiator and got me a great deal significantly below the listed price. Xavier was always good at answering the phone and helping us with any questions that arose during the stressful process. His knowledge of the market and the quality of the fits and finishes on homes we looked at was quite valuable.
