the location is amazing! the lobby is always clean and well maintained, and there’s a security guard at night. management is responsive, and hannah is really nice! the reason i’m giving 4 stars is because one of the only two dryers in our laundry room (2nd floor) has been out of service for about a month now, which is a bit frustrating considering how much residents pay in rent. also, the ac in our unit has broken twice, but maintenance came quickly both times and fixed it right away, so it wasn’t a huge issue. overall, i’d ... read more
Lived in X01 for two years...beautiful apartment with friendly maintenance and management (shoutout to Evan)! Parking garage with guest passes and spots for bikes was a plus. Definitely miss the gym!
I’ve lived in x01 this past year and it’s been a great apartment. The apartments are super modern, the location is unbeatable, and maintenance/front office is quick with addressing any issue. Not to mention all the tenant events are great!
