Bought my son a pair of Ranch boots in August by October the soles were completely separated from the leather. After my local store sent them back we were told by Twisted X they had been been in water and they came apart because they got wet. First off, does it not rain in Texas? Second 3 month old boots shouldn’t fall apart by getting them wet. I will Never purchase anything else from TwistedX and I will discourage anyone else from doing the same.

Bought a pair of steel toe work shoes and completely disintegrated in less than 3 months with moderate work, local store is sending them back but don’t think they’ll warranty them. Not a good first impression for me.

my boots are less than 6 months old and I work inside and I take care of my boots. squat down on day and I feel the right boot go loose. I look down and the boot had split and leather had ripped . took then to a local shop to see if they could fix them and the guy said no. so in out a 300$ pair of boots
