Bought these and they fell apart right after I bought them not even ten wears in them and I emailed them bc store I bought from once you wear shoe you can’t return and so I emails and they were responding made me send photos and info then stoped replying .... if your going to charge so much for shoes stuck behind them will never buy another pair ...

Purchased a pair for my husband for the first time. He had them for two weeks and they are falling apart. Leather wearing on the side, shoelaces busted and leather seams split on the top. I would have expected more for a name brand. They are considered work shoes, so they should be able to sustain better especially when you pay more for steel toe. He was so excited about them because they were so comfortable, but then they fell apart. We won’t be buying another pair.

3 stars. I found these boots very comfortable. I LOVE the alloy toe & design. The back of the heel held up without falling - my last Ariat boots had the "u turn" feature that fell. They do not hold up well for work though. On the first day I wore them to work I dropped my cheater bar on my foot & it put a hole in the toe. This in turn ruined the fact that I had waterproofed the boots for a week, water came straight in through holes. No other work boot I've bought has gotten holes so easily. poorly made and low quality materials. I bought a pair of the leather twisted x shoes in January 2020. today my shoe caught on a laid down t post and ripped wide open. $115 down the drain.

I have a pair of twisted x and absolutely love them. I recently ordered a pair from there outlet store, at a discount price, for my little cousins 5th birthday. First, they weren’t there on time, which I get because of the virus going on. But second, we received the package and it is NOT SHOES... It was a package of disposable face masks... I emailed them, and they got back with me ASAP, but then asked for pictures of the packaging and all that. Bought my first pair of your western work boots a week ago due to a sales person recommendation that these boots were much more comfortable and would last longer than the Ariats I had planned on purchasing. These have been the most uncomfortable boots I have ever owned. I’ve hoped all week that I just needed to get them broke in however my feet and legs start killing me earlier every day. Such a big disappointment and huge waste of money.

Bought a pair of steel toe work boots, First time trying Twisted X boots. Bought from Boot Barn. They kill my feet and where causing blisters. After work I was limping into the house cause the feet pain. Had to go back to my old work boots until I can try to find others. Waste of money!
