I bought my first pair of Twisted X mocs while working NFR in 2015 and I've been hooked ever since! I have several pair now and they are the most comfortable and durable pair of shoes I own. Very proud to support a great Texas based company!
I love these boots i bought for my husband he usually wears out a pair in a month not these steal toe boot from twisted x there comfortable and still together and there sales reps are amazing
I bought my son (a Marine) a pair for Christmas, the only thing he asked for,he loves them. I owe a big Thanks to the folks at Twisted X for their help in making this happen. They went above and beyond. Unfortunately he did not get to wear them long before being deployed but they are waiting for him to return!

Have a pair of boots I picked up at nfr haven't even been wearing them 2 months and soles coming off I can't remember who it was I got them from and when I called twisted x I was told they could not help me boots are a waste of money will be going back to what I used to wear
I want a pair of cowboy boots 2 years ago finally wore those Souls out on them I can walk 6 miles a day wearing them and I am a 300-pound man and they were as comfortable as my Red Wing work shoes, can't wait to buy another pair y, I want to get some fancy going out on the town ones

James, we're sorry, we perhaps could have explained this a bit better. What the rep meant is that because we don't sell direct to consumer (like on our own website, or in our own store,) for paperwork and credit purposes, we need the product to go through the dealer where you purchased them. Our dealers are aware of this policy and should take the product from you to send in for inspection. I bought a pair of the teal mocassins last summer, they were super super comfortable which was what I needed because i work with horses and intern for people and I need shoes to last.. after two months of wearing them the sides in both shoes busted out, i dont mean a little hole, i mean the sides are busted through.
