Chinese pieces of shit!!!!! Have worn the same style of boot for about forty years. I gave Twisted X a try. I immediately had a horrible rash and skin infection. Contacted the company and they did nothing. After months still fighting the infection from these Chinese pieces of shit. DON'T BUY THEM. You take the risk of infections from this unknown leather tanning process. I spent money only to get a serious unknown infection in both legs. BEWARE OF THESE DANGEROUS BOOTS AND THE CHEMICALS IN THEM!!!!!!
Twisted X is a great company with a quality & trendy line. Their representative for our business is wonderful and they provide access to training for their dealers employees. Anytime I have had to deal with returns, they have always answered the phone & been pleasant and efficient. If you are having issues with your shoes, I urge you to get fit by someone who knows how to do it and find out how to properly care for your shoes & boots. Also, find the right footwear for the job. I love my Twisted X! I broke both my feet 6 yrs ago & these are the most comfortable shoes !
Purchased a pair of boots for my son for Christmas within 5 months the sole has a huge hole in it. Not worth the money. Sent them back to Sheplers and they won't even contact Twisted X to look at them. Called Twisted X 5 mins ago and Lady was very rude. Will never spend the money on anything with Twisted X name on them.
I purchased a pair of my first Twisted X boots about nine months ago. Today I bought my second pair because the first pair start to become separated at the seam of the leather and rubber sole and the bottom of the boot worn down quickly . Although I'm happy with the comfort that they provided for me the durability of the bottom of the boot was not on point. Hoping my second pair will last a little longer. Wish I could pot the pics of the boots!!
Two problems with the men's cowboy boots: First, they run a full size small. Second: MADE IN CHINA!
Thank you for keeping my feet so comfy! I'm still loving my driving mocs I got two years ago! Still waiting on a broad square toe ladies boot with the buckaroo shaft, though. �

I wear the steel toe mocs everyday at work. My current pair is nearly 2 years old and still going strong. Most boots barely last a year in my work environment. The casual shoes are comfortable, but wish the soles and insoles had a little more support. Being a bigger guy, i can feel the leading edge of the heel pushing through against the bottom of my foot.
