If you want your instructions followed about your haircut, do NOT go here!!! I wanted my hair layered and gave very specific instructions about the length. I even asked the stylist if she understood and she said yes. The stylist then cut it so close that it resembled a 1-minute clipper job at a barber shop. Amazing place and friendly staff, have had no issues. Recommended!
I was told the haircut was $45 and when it was over, I was charged $55 because there was "more cutting". Isn't this a haircut? That was really shady to just change the price because they felt like it.
