Best gym in downtown! A clean and modern boutique gym in a convenient location. The workouts are very fun but also tough. The coaches are super friendly and helpful. I was in class with Kian today and he made a 6am workout enjoyable and efficient! There is free street parking. Also a great location if you plan on going to get food after. I have been a member for 9 months and have definitely seen physical improvements as well as improved movement ability.
X4 Fitness has been a game changer for me. The interval workouts are challenging but manageable, and the coaches are supportive and motivating. The community is great too and makes it easy to stay consistent. I’ve seen real progress and actually look forward to going. Highly recommend!

Every single workout I’ve done here has always been a great one! I look forward to my next workout everyday. The coaches push me to levels I couldn’t push myself & make sure I have a fun time doing it. I’d leave 10 stars if it were an option!
