I had back pain so intense that it was difficult for me to walk. I visited Dr. London and that very day some of the pain was relieved. I've been going for 5-6 sessions, and each one is leaping me toward the 100% level, I'm almost there .... I would highly recommend Dr. London.
I have suffered from lower back tightness / back spasms that would occur roughly every three months, often triggered by doing a simple chore. I have also had serious hip-flexor tightness that prevented me from doing a number of exercises and left me at times with a tingling sensation that would run up and down my leg and into my lower back.
