A big thumbs up to Tim Owens. Our heat pump was out, he was here in no time and had it working in short order. He was very professional and did a great job. Thanks, Tim!
It's funny that I posted my rating at 1 star a few weeks ago because I was lied to about the repair of my heat pump in order to encourage me to buy an entire new unit... and that post is no longer here for anyone to read. So of course they only keep the 5 star posts up and available for potential customers to see. Shame, shame!
