Best ribeye I've probably ever had, everything was amazing except for the lobster. But Wyoming isn't really known for its lobster now is it lol. It wasn't a cheap dinner, but it was worth it. I actually felt bad that I couldn't finish it all. My only advise would be don't waste your money on the lobster.
Honestly...the best Ribeye in town. Hey Prime Rib...take notes...by FAAAAR the best steak. Dude cooked it to perfection. Id tip you bro but the waitress dont make as much...but hey if youre ever at Sundance Ill buy you a shot! Or 2.
I had their 10oz sirloin, and my gosh, it was so good. Seasoning was simple but allowed the dry age to take front and center. The plate came out hot and kept the temps consistent throughout the meal. Would definitely come back.
