Been to several locations now including this one. They were all less than good and very overpriced for what they offer. Don't waste your time and money. Go to the prime rib if you want good food and service for this kind of price
The predominate feature of this place is an obnoxious bar manager, talking and laughing so loudly it could be heard throughout the restaurant. She set the tone for a really weird staff culture that had the young staff standing around in a group and joining in, looking for her approval. The service was terrible because they were all interacting with each other. Our food was extremely salty making this evening a complete bust.
The food was not great. Ribs were cold. The chili was like a paste, not even hot enough to melt the cheese. The baked potato was ok, and was not hot enough to melt the cheese. The small portion of steak is way overpriced.
Baseball steak for the win. They'll heat your plate WAY up too which is awesome.
