I have never had a dining experience this bad before! From the very beginning the hostess was incredibly rude, the waiter barely looked at us and never once refilled my drink, even after being asked! No one smiled, asked us how we liked the food, if we needed anything etc, and to top it off after waiting about 40 minutes the bun on my otherwise perfectly average burger was soggy. I understand pre paid gratuity, but do not use it as an excuse to treat people horribly! I will never go back.
Great place, the staff gave me a handwritten list with things I should visit while being in Miami, absolutely going back there!

Great place, cool ambiance, nice location. Good food, nothing to be proud of. But the service! It was by far the worst experience i had so far in Miami. I would not recommend this place to a group bigger than 4! The waitresses was rude and paying a tip was not an option it was forced in the tip.
The menu is small and basic aside from a few creative uses of cheese here and there. My husband ordered the burger and fries which looked good but was very underwhelmed by the 8 fries that came scattered on the plate (especially since we came starving)I ordered the roasted chicken and potatoe which was decent.
