I am re-writing my review due to a more recent experience with Wynstan. Following our previous blind repair and re-installation, we found that the port to charge our motorised blinds was installed in the wrong orientation; we cannot charge the blinds at all and they have since stopped working. I emailed Wynstan about this on 30 January hoping for a technician to attend our home and re-install the blinds correctly. Be warned, you pay a premium price, for a cheap product. Held together by masking tape and and adhesive strip. Communication is absolutely terrible and the care factor for our problem is beyond unbelievable. After 4 phone calls and a broken blind in the main bedroom, we are advised that it's not a big deal, it's not like you have been locked out of your house, that would be a big deal. Just unacceptable behaviour. One of the worst experience we have endured in our life.
The worst service I have ever received. I ordered a single roller blind on September 22nd and was told it would take 4 weeks. It is now January 9th, 2024 and the blind has still not been installed after it was mis-measured - the staff are very unapologetic. I rarely receive a response from the store, and am still awaiting an update as to when the blind will be installed.
