I live at a property managed by Wynn, located in Baltimore. Maryland. I moved here in October. 2023. I have to say I have a very nice apartment with a wonderful view of Baltimore city; however, maintenance here is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Prior to moving here I rented an apartment with Southern Management for 12 years and I didn't have any maintenance issues as they have a maintenance guarentee.
