Worst apartment building to live in! It’s infested with mice and roaches, maintenance never come and fix anything! There is not heat or air, properties stank really bad! The landlord dose not do his job! Literally the worst
Yall lying in these reviews .. the kids that lives here and be outside is very questionable. They make a lot of noise and I be trying to sleep , please try to contact the parents .
0 stars just in 2 years i have had to leaking in my ceiling one took 4 months to fix the other im going through currently for months and havent heard back from them since. They also dont have a number to call them and arent in the office at anytime the property manager is very nice and kind but also a slum lord.
The property manager Vyneeka is personable, professional and responsive five stars for her. The property itself, however is old and needs to have units refreshed and plumbing overhauled and roofs and doors redone. The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. The owners could be more accessible and personable so that it would seem as if they cared about the property and community. I would suggest a community block party where we could actually meet the owners.
