UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Our Indianapolis company has give legal notice to Scott Wynkoop for false information he has posted in a google review to gain a competitive advantage. We have given him every oppertunity to correct his post, and he has ingnored our request. Our past clients entity has sold Real Estate to a Scott Wynkoop entity and has had unprofessional and concerning coments about Scotts business pratices. BE VERY CAREFUL IF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Try to avoid him and his group as much as you can. If you are renting from private landlords make sure your landlord has the property taxes paid up. This guy will lie anyway he can to get the process of evicting you as quick as he can.
