This place is going up 50 dollars on rent. They suddenly put a no smoking policy in place. NOT WORTH IT!!!! LIKE 725.00 ISN'T ENOUGH I GUESS THE OWNER COULD CARELESS IF YOU STARVE 🤷 WHAT THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS INFLATION IS REAL!!!
I live here for two years I have no problem here I love it its quite when I have a problem I call the office and they are on it yes sometimes she is not in office but that to be expected she have other things to do you just have to try again I would recommend this place to anyone.
I've lived here for almost 5 years never late on my rent !! Last year I had to argue for a new a/c unit after she told me I had to wait 3.days for a new one. My hot water tank started leaking last Monday ten days ago and they still haven't fixed the problem. The land Lord lady told me not to worry because I don't pay for water but I'm paying to heat that water that's constantly draining.. the maintenance man doesn't know how to use a parking spot and blocks people in constantly.
